Experience relaxation with a massage of the neck, shoulders, arms and hands. This treatment can help ease pain, improve mood and sleep, and reduce feelings of stress and anxiety. This treatment includes warm towels and a warm neck pillow.
Massage contraindications are injuries and conditions where using massage could be harmful or dangerous. You should know that there are two types of contraindications, local and absolute. Local contraindication means that there should be no massage in a particular area. Absolute contraindication is a situation that would call for the complete avoidance of massage until the conditions clears or changes.

Simply Mini Facial

A mini facial is the time to feel refreshed and relaxed with a balanced cleansing. An analysis of your skin, exfoliation, and a specific mask selected for your skin type. You will enjoy a neck and shoulder massage. This is a great first-time facial experience option. Add facial reflexology to any facial for an additional $30. Facial reflexology is a therapeutic treatment in which stimulation of zones (points) on the face are utilized to alleviate health conditions in other parts of the body. It can improve stress levels, hormonal health, sleep, joint pains, skin concerns and more. The treatment includes a cleanse, a pressure-point technique, followed by a warm towel, moisturizer, and SPF.
Sono Signature Facial

A signature facial consists of cleansing, exfoliation, extractions (if necessary), mask, face and neck massage. Include a high frequency or LED light therapy treatment for an additional $20. During a high frequency treatment, an electrical current is applied to assist in addressing acne, enlarged pores, fine lines and wrinkles, and puffy eyes. LED light therapy uses varying LED wavelengths to also calm existing breakouts, reduce inflammation, boost collagen production, and promote anti-aging effects.

Microdermabrasion Facial

Microdermabrasion is a minimally invasive procedure used to renew overall skin tone and texture through the use of a diamond tip wand. It can improve the appearance of sun damage, wrinkles, fine lines, and acne scarring. Microdermabrasion is followed by targeted LED light therapy. LED light therapy benefits include an increase in the amount of collagen in the skin, which can reduce the appearance of wrinkles. Dermaplaning Facial

Dermaplaning is a facial exfoliation treatment that removes build-up of excess dead skin cells and fine vellus hairs or "peach fuzz" using a scalpel. Dermaplaning candidates should avoid retinoids for 3-5 days before and after treatment. It isn't recommended if you have active breakouts, sunburn, sensitive skin, been taking Accutane or tretinoin in the past 6 months or undergoing cancer treatment.

Foot Reflexology

Experience a healing therapy system in which pressure is applied to specific reflex points on the feet that correspond to organs and areas of the body. Reflexology is known to relieve tension, sinus problems, improve circulation and overall health and well-being. The hour treatment includes a mini foot massage. Reflexology isn't recommended for anyone that is pregnant, has severe psoriasis or eczema on the foot, athlete's foot, acute pain in ankle/foot, severe varicose veins, scar tissue 6 months or less, fever, bruising, cuts, rashes, bites, burns, or fractures on the feet.
Brazilian Toe Technique

The Brazilian Toe Technique uses acupressure points to promote deep relaxation and activates the release of toxins. Based on healing through meridians (energy pathways), the Brazilian toe technique focuses on very light touches in which the practitioner holds the toe between two fingers while manipulating the energy in the body. There are six energy meridians in the body that run from the organs to the toes. By holding the toes, the practitioner helps create a circuit of energy from her/his body to the client receiving the treatment, which in turn, influences their organs. A great way to encourage profound healing to the body.

What are Chakras? Chakras are the energy centers in your body that help to regulate its processes, from the organ function, immune system to emotions. There are chakras all over the body but there are seven major chakras. They are the root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye, and crown chakras. These chakras are aligned starting at the base of your spine and move up the spinal column to the crown of your head with its own symbol, color, meaning, and health focus. When the main seven chakras are open and balanced, energy can flow freely through our bodies and minds. Chakras can become blocked by the energy of thoughts, feelings, memories, experiences, and actions, and this can affect your physical and emotional well-being. During a chakra session, I clear any blocks from your chakras and balance them so that your energy is flowing again. What does a session entail? You're fully clothed and lay on your back on the massage table. I’ll work within your energy field or aura above each chakra. You may feel energy moving in your body during the session. After the session you may feel lighter, balanced, and energized.

What services are offered?
Neck, shoulder, hand and foot massage services are available for event booking with Nikesha.
How long is the service and what does it include?
Depending on the number of guests attending the event. Most sessions last between 10-20 minutes. Each session includes a 1–2-minute consultation and a massage technique using light pressure.
What is the cost to book a service and what does it include?
The cost is $100/hr plus a $3/mile travel fee. The cost includes supplies, setup, breakdown, time and travel.
